Krause Excavating Inc. is a family owned and operated business proudly serving our community for over 50 years.
In 1974, Roger and Carol Krause partnered with JG Hull Excavating to form K & H Excavating. Five years later, Roger and Carol transitioned the company to Krause Excavating, Inc. For decades they worked alongside their sons, Allan and Neil Krause, to deliver dependable, high-quality excavation work. Today, Allan and Neil own and operate the company, continuing to serve the same community as their parents did.
With decades of hands-on experience, modern technology, a wide range of equipment, and skilled heavy equipment operators, we take pride in delivering quality work from start to finish. Our Owners
Neil Krause
In addition to overseeing field work and leading the team, Neil coordinates projects to ensure they run efficiently from start to finish. His responsibilities include bidding on upcoming work, collaborating with engineers and subcontractors, utilizing CAD and GPS technology, and ensuring each project has the necessary materials.
Allan Krause
Allan spends most of his time in the field overseeing operations and performing hands-on work. He specializes in operating the long-reach backhoe for wetland restoration and dredging projects. He also serves as the point person for select projects, ensuring they are completed efficiently and to a high standard.
